An advanced version of the successful SILOXA PowerDryer, the new PowerDryer ECO Line reduces the energy needed for gas cooling by using ambient air.
The addition of an extra functional element, the “air cooler”, makes the ECO Line the ideal solution for applications with high inlet gas temperatures. The system comes fully pre-mounted on a frame, so all that is required is to connect up the supply lines. And you’re ready to go! You can start saving energy right away.
With its space-saving design and cost-efficient operation, the ECO Line plays a major role in significantly reducing operating and maintenance costs. The system is cooled by the ambient air alone for around 300 days of the year, while on the remaining days, cooling is assured by the water cooler.
The basic version of the system is equipped with a gas cooler, an air
cooler and a water cooler, plus a liquid coolant circuit and a
condensate trap, and comes with all the pipework preassembled following a
successful factory test run.
The PowerDryer ECO Line is also extremely flexible, as it offers
numerous options for customisation to the specific conditions at the
installation site.
The PowerDryer ECO Line is available for flow rates of 500 Nm³/h, 750 Nm³/h, 1000 Nm³/h, 1500 Nm³/h and 2000 Nm³/h, with gas cooling from 55°C to 25°C.
